- Co-President
- In charge of facilitating PTO and executive board meetings
- Manages committee chairs and events
- Liaison to administration for organizing events and grants (morning meetings once a month with administration)
- Boosterthon facilitator
- Solid communication skills and teamwork with other co-president
- 2 year commitment
- Treasurer
- Manages budget
- In charge of all PTO banking
- Coordinates audit with an accountant
- Executes grant distribution
- VP of Hospitality
- Oversees all hospitality events, to include back-to-school breakfast, holiday luncheon, teacher appreciation week, and the end-of-year luncheon
- Plans and executes all monthly staff birthdays
- In charge of monthly teacher lounge items
- Assists with PTO sponsored events
- Communications Director
- Manage communications and marketing for PTO using Facebook, Instagram, emails
- Weekly check in with board members and committee chairs
- In charge of electronic sign
- Coordinate with neighborhood liaisons
- If secretary is absent, Communications Director takes notes
- Assist with PTO sponsored events
- Creates the content for the PTO website
- Manages the home page and changes monthly
